Requests and full payment
A request is an enquiry, not a reservation. Availability and any courtesy hold are not guaranteed. We confirm the service, dates, guests, pickup, inclusions, total and applicable conditions before payment. A booking becomes binding only after 100% full payment has been received and written confirmation with your booking reference has been issued. We do not take partial deposits. Complete payment within the deadline in your quote.
Prices and payment
Published selling prices include VAT. The quote specifies whether the price is per traveler, per vehicle or per room/cabin and identifies separately quoted services. Vehicle capacity and luggage space require confirmation. Payment instructions are provided after availability is checked. International card payments through VTC Pay carry its own 3.9% gateway fee, shown before payment. Do not enter card or passport details in an enquiry form.
Changes to your booking
Request date, service or passenger-name changes in writing as early as possible. A change takes effect only after our written confirmation and supplier acceptance. Fare differences, supplier fees and costs already incurred may apply. Passenger names can change only where the operator and manifest rules allow it. If a change is refused, cancellation conditions apply. Additional guests depend on availability and current fares. Removing guests is a partial cancellation and may change the price for the remaining group.
Cancellation and refunds
See the cancellation policy for standard and stricter operator conditions. An unconfirmed, unpaid request can be withdrawn. Notice is counted when received in writing, not when you decided to cancel. A request receipt alone does not confirm a booking.
Your service
Check the departure, route, vehicle or cabin, pickup and guest details on your confirmation. Child fares, age restrictions, accessibility, activity suitability and luggage arrangements follow the selected product and must be confirmed before payment. Travel times and island crossings depend on weather, traffic and operation.
Weather and safety
Storms, rough seas, sailing bans, port, ferry or cable-car closures, floods, landslides, authority decisions and incidents outside our control can change the route, departure, vehicle or vessel. Equivalent changes made for safety do not themselves create a refund entitlement. Extra accommodation, meals, flights or onward travel are not covered unless agreed in writing. Nothing here limits rights under Vietnamese law.
